Our Programmers use Mastercam & Unigraphics to create programs to support our CNC Milling, Turning, and Wire-Cut machining operation

Our CNC Milling Department covers a range of machining centres; from milling profile

 

 

 

3. CNC Turning

Our CNC Turning Department provide a machining range from small diameter turn parts to a maximum diameter of 18 inches for Aerospace, Medical, Semiconductor, Water Solution, Oil & Gas industries etc...

 

 

4. Precision Surface Grinding

Our precision Surface Grinding Department's strength lies in its ability to response to our clients' high standard tolerance expectation (e.g +/- 0.002 mm between pitches / on flatness at 20 deg C room temperature) for precision machining parts for all kinds of industries.

 

 

5. Precision Cylindrical Grinding

Our precision cylindrical Grinding Department's strength lies in its ability to response to our clients' high standard tolerance expectation (e.g +/- 0.002 mm between pitches / on flatness at 20 deg C room temperature) for precision machining parts for all kinds of industries.

 

 

6.  EDM Die-Sinker

Our Die-Sinker EDM department covers a complete range of high performance and accuracy EDM machines to provide perfect surface finishing products.

 

 

 

7. EDM Wire-Cut

Our Wire-cut EDM department also covers a complete range of high performance submerged machines to provide high accuracy and surface finishing products.

 

 

 

8. Quality Assurance

Our Quality Assurance Department is fully equipped with a precision measurement instruments range of coordinating Measuring Machine (Brown & Sharpe CMM), Tesa Height Gauges, Profile Projectors, Carbide Blocks and Pin Gauges, Electronic Calipers & Micrometers etc. Outgoing inspection Report will be issued for every manufactured items / products.
